Requirements:
- ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH – READING,
SPEAKING, WRITING, AND LISTENING!
- ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD AND NO
MAJOR DRIVING VIOLATIONS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS!
Truck Drivers:
All truck drivers must have at least 5 years documented experience
in heavy trucks, and at least two years driving articulated
tractor-trailer combinations of at least 19 meters in length,
45 Tones GVW, and 15 gears PLUS:
A) Driving experience in
a first world country (specifically European, American, east
Asian or South African)
Or
B) Present or ex-employees of Shell, Texaco, Mobil, Coca-cola,
Seven-up, Cadbury, or any other multinational company.
Bus Drivers:
All bus drivers must have at least 5 years documented experience
in commercial air-con buses. Overseas experience a plus, and
employment with a multinational company.
* Fluency in English is a must.
 The
contracts are at Canadian rates, 12 months at a time, repeatable
for 12 months again, but the candidates must return home after
their contract is up - they have to go back for 4 months,
to re-establish ties with their homeland (this is a government
requirement).
The
first year salary is about $40.000 to 45.000 CDN, the next
year about $50.000 to $55.000 CDN.
Employer
pays the Airfare back and forth.
